ERDF European Regional Development Fund. An EU fund which is intended to help reduce imbalances between regions of the Community. The Fund was set up in 1975, and grants financial assistance for development projects in the poorer regions. In terms of financial resources, the ERDF is by far the largest of the EU's Structural Funds. The main aim of the ERDF is to overcome the structural deficiencies of the poorer regions in order to overcome the gap between these regions and the richer ones. |
FEDER Fonds Européen de Développement Régional. Fonds de l'UE dont l'objectif est de réduire les déséquilibres entre les régions de la Communauté. Ce Fonds créé en 1975 octroie des aides financières à des projets de développement en faveur des régions les plus défavorisées. En termes de ressources financières, le FEDER est de loin le plus important des Fonds structurels de l'UE.
L'objectif principal du FEDER est de surmonter les faiblesses structurelles des régions défavorisées afin de combler le fossé existant entre ces régions et les régions plus prospères. |
EFRO Europees Fonds voor Regionale Ontwikkeling. Een EU-fonds dat is bedoeld om de verschillen tussen Europese regio’s te verkleinen. Het fonds is in 1975 opgericht en verleent financiële steun aan ontwikkelingsprojecten in de armere regio’s. Qua financiële middelen is het EFRO verreweg het grootste van de Europese Structuurfondsen. Het doel van EFRO is om de structurele achterstand van de armere regio’s aan te pakken, zodat de kloof met de rijkere kleiner wordt. |

Application form (AF) Binding document which describes the project (objectives, results, outputs, partnership) and gives detailed information on the work plan and financial figures. The AF has to be submitted during the selection process and is assessed by the programme bodies, in order to select the projects to be funded by the programme. Once the project is approved, the AF becomes the reference document for the whole implementation of the project until its closure. The content of it may change to a certain extent during the implementation, but only according to the programme's project modifications rules and procedures. |
Formulaire de candidature Document juridiquement contraignant qui décrit le projet (objectifs, résultats, réalisations, partenariat) et donne des informations détaillées sur le plan de travail et les données financières. Le FC doit être soumis lors du processus de sélection ; il est évalué par les instances du Programme en vue de sélectionner les projets qui seront financés par le Programme. Une fois le projet approuvé, le FC devient le document de référence durant toute la mise en œuvre du projet et jusqu'à sa clôture. Son contenu peut subir certaines modifications durant la phase de mise en œuvre, mais seulement dans le respect des règles et procédures de modifications de projet établies par le Programme. |
Aanvraagformulier Bindend document dat het project (doelstellingen, resultaten, outputs, samenwerkingsverband) beschrijft en gedetailleerde informatie geeft over het werkplan en financiële cijfers. Het AF moet in het kader van de selectieprocedure worden ingediend. Het wordt door de programma¬organen beoordeeld om die projecten te kunnen selecteren die subsidie krijgen van het programma. Als het project wordt goedgekeurd, wordt het AF het referentiedocument gedurende de hele uitvoering van het project, tot aan de afsluiting ervan. De inhoud mag tijdens de uitvoering tot op zekere hoogte worden gewijzigd, maar uitsluitend volgens de door het programma gehanteerde regels en procedures voor projectwijziging. |
