Social innovation – Defined as the development and implementation of new ideas (products, services and models) to meet social needs and create new social relationships or collaborations. – Aimed at improving human well-being - good for society but also enhance individuals’ capacity to act. – Rely on the inventiveness of citizens, civil society organisations, local communities, businesses and public servants and services – Opportunity both for the public sector and for the markets, so that the products and services better satisfy individual but also collective aspirations. |
Innovation sociale – Définie comme la conception et la mise en œuvre de nouvelles idées (produits, services et modèles) pour répondre aux besoins sociaux et créer de nouvelles relations ou collaborations sociales. – Vise à améliorer le bien-être des populations (impact positif sur la société et amélioration de la capacité d'action des individus). – S'appuie sur la créativité des citoyens, des organisations de la société civile et des communautés locales, entreprises, fonctionnaires et services locaux – Profite à la fois au secteur public et aux marchés, pour que les produits et services répondent aux aspirations individuelles et collectives. |

investment The term investment refers to an output of a project activity or activities that remains in use by the project’s target group after the completion of the project. In line with Article 3 ERDF Regulation (EU) 1301/2013, productive investments, investments in infrastructure and fixed investments in equipment are among the types of activities to be supported from ERDF in 2014-2020. In all cases, expenditure related to investments can be allocated under different HIT budget lines: the type of cost defines the relevant budget line. Investments in infrastructure involve expenditure for the financing of infrastructure and construction works that do not fall into the scope of the five categories of costs defined in Article 18 ETC Regulation (EU) 1299/2013. |
investissement Le terme « investissement » désigne le résultat d'une ou plusieurs activités de projet qui continue à être utilisé par le groupe cible du projet une fois celui-ci terminé. Conformément à l'Article 3 du Règlement FEDER (UE) 1301/2013, les investissements productifs, les investissements en infrastructures et les investissements en matériel font partie des activités soutenues par le FEDER pour la période 2014-2020.
Dans tous les cas, les dépenses liées aux investissements peuvent être réparties entre différentes lignes budgétaires HIT : la nature des coûts déterminant la ligne budgétaire appropriée.
Les investissements en infrastructures concernent les dépenses pour le financement de travaux d'infrastructure et de construction ne relevant pas des cinq catégories de coûts définies à l'Article 18 du Règlement CTE (UE) 1299/2013. |
investering De term investering heeft betrekking op de output van een of meer projectactiviteiten die na afronding van het project in gebruik blijft bij de doelgroep van het project. Overeenkomstig artikel 3 van EFRO-verordening (EU) 1301/2013 behoren productieve investeringen, investeringen in infrastructuur en permanente investeringen in installaties tot het type activiteiten die in 2014-2020 door het EFRO worden ondersteund. In elk geval kunnen uitgaven gerelateerd aan investeringen onder verschillende begrotingslijnen ondergebracht worden: het type kost bepaalt de relevante begrotingslijn. Investeringen in infrastructuur betreffen uitgaven voor de financiering van infrastructuur en bouwwerkzaamheden die niet onder de vijf in artikel 18 van ETS-verordening (EU) 1299/2013 genoemde kostensoorten vallen. |
