This seminar targets all organisations interested in applying for funding within the Interreg 2 Seas Programme. Interreg 2 Seas facilitates cooperation between partners from England, The Netherlands, Flanders and France. The Programme strategy is based upon seven Specific Objectives. The 8th Call for project proposals was launched on 1 February 2019. Project ideas are therefore now invited to develop a Concept Note and submit at the latest on 8 April 2019.

This seminar is aimed at those interested in applying as Partners, Observers or Lead Partners, and will cover the project development as well as the application process. It looks at the intervention logic to be addressed by projects and on developing a quality Concept Note (step 1 application).

Although the Lead Partner is responsible for submitting the application, all Partners are expected to contribute to drafting it. English-speakers have a special responsibility to ensure that the text in English makes sense and does the proposal justice. It is also useful for non-Lead Partners to be aware from the start what the responsibilities are in joining a project as a Partner or Observer.
