POLE DES INDUSTRIES ALIMENTAIRES

With more than 1,000 agri-food companies and 50,000 jobs, the agri-food sector is an essential economic sector in Hauts-de-France. This region is an exceptional place for these companies (agricultural resources, logistical infrastructures, skilled labor, technical centers, financial support ).The “Pôle des Industries Alimentaires” ( PIA) is the meeting place of agri-food SME’s. It brings to the cluster of the agri-food sector: Enterprises,technical and training centers, Local authorities and economic organizations The aim of PIA is to help the developpment of agri-food companies in Hauts-de-France with 3 major missions. ANIMATION OF THE REGIONAL SECTOR : create links between the actors by different animations as workshop, factory visits, feedbacks. SHARE EXPERIENCES AND KNOWLEDGE : during our Quality Club, business meetings, mutual training. DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES : training, clubs HR.
