Overview
Water Board Scheldestromen is a governmental organization that is responsible for water management of surface- and wastewater, protection of the Province of Zeeland against flooding and maintains a significant part of roads in Zeeland. The water board manages 525 km of sea defences, 11.000 km of waterways, 3.900 of roads and 16 wastewater purification plants. Appromately 450 people are working at Water Board Scheldestromen
