COVID-19 : a set of solutions for 2 Seas projects

The COVID-19 crisis is affecting all aspects of life in Europe. The implementation of 2 Seas projects of course is no exception and many project partners have raised issues.

The Joint Secretariat proposed a series of decisions to the Programme Monitoring Committee.

We wish to communicate the following Programme decisions taken by the Programme authorities:

• All running projects whose ending date is between 1 April 2020 and 31 March 2022 will be automatically granted a top-down 6 months extension. You can find the list of projects at the end of this communication as well as additional details.
• the April financial claim submission window will remain opened until the end of May 2020. Claims can be submitted starting 23/04/2020 until 31/05/2020. 

FLCs who do not have the necessary office equipment at their disposal are exceptionally allowed to upload the FLC certificate into the system without their signature.
