Interreg IV A 2007-2013 archiving period

In case you were a project partner in a former Interreg IV A 2 Seas project, please read this information carefully.

Contrary to what was stipulated in the closure letter you received, notifying the official administrative closure of your project, we would like to inform you that the archiving period during which you shall keep all documentation relating to your Interreg IV A project will end on 21 June 2021 and not on 31 December 2025.

This new date has been confirmed by the Commission to the Programme in its letter regarding the closure of the 2007-2013 programming period.

Any longer archiving periods as required by national law remain, however, unaffected. In the absence of any longer archiving obligations applying to your institution, you may from 21/06/2021 on, remove from your archives any documents related to the Interreg IV A 2 Seas project.
