Tender: communication services

Jointly with three other secretariats (Urban Innovative Actions, Interreg North-West Europe and Interreg Europe), the 2 Seas programme launched a new procedure to appoint a provider for communication services.

The objective of this contract is to procure providers able to design and/or produce a wide range of communication supports, print or digital.  The contractors will be able to cover the full chain of production for an order, either internally (in-house capacity) or by sub-contracting external suppliers.
