This project originates from a need to ease the circulation of competences and to fight against bottleneck vacancies within the 2Seas region. The aim of the project will be to: - bring closer job seekers and companies in the area - make the labour market more fluid

Bloc 1

Overall objective

The objective of the project is threefold: - to help job seekers to identify and verbalize their transversal competencies - to identify competences sought for by companies in the 2Seas area - to match these competences together to help job seekers access the labour market wherever in the region, thus facilitating cross-border jobs.

Bloc 2


The main output of this project would be a phone application allowing job seekers to identify, measure, evaluate and verbalize their competences. On the other side, employers would use this app to explain which competences they are looking for. The app would allow to make the matching between the competences of the job seekers and the competences sought for by employers.

Expected result

The expected changes are: - a more fluid labour market - a better circulation of competences at the cross border level

Cross-border added-value

We are looking for partners that work with job seekers or young people with fewer opportunities in the 2 Seas territories, such as NGOs,training centers, schools, etc.
