SUMARIS

For three years, the partners in the project will work together to test new release methods which would increase the survival rate of rays. At the same time, these studies will increase knowledge of the biology and the resource of rays in the English Channel and the North Sea. The ultimate aim will be to put forward a sustainable and cross-border management strategy for ray stocks.
