target group Individuals and/or organisations directly positively affected by the project outputs. Not necessarily receiving a financial grant and even not directly involved in the project, the target groups may exploit project outputs for their own benefit. |
groupe cible Personnes et/ou organisations directement affectées de manière positive par les résultats du projet. Ne recevant pas nécessairement une aide financière et ne participant pas directement au projet, les groupes cibles peuvent exploiter les réalisations du projet pour leur propre compte. |
doelgroep Personen en/of organisaties die direct baat hebben bij de projectoutputs. De doelgroepen, die niet noodzakelijkerwijs subsidie ontvangen en zelfs niet rechtstreeks bij het project betrokken hoeven te zijn, kunnen de projectoutputs gebruiken voor hun eigen doeleinden. |
