Overview

Flanders’ Maritime Cluster (FMC) is the cluster organisation for the marine and maritime industry in Flanders, located in Ostend. FMC has about 120 members, primarely from industry. The themes covered by FMC are coastal defence, offshore energy and marine aquaculture. The activities of the cluster organisation comprise networking events, facilitating collaborative “and” innovation projects, development of test and demonstration locations at sea, and (international) promotion of the blue sector.
