Circular economy A circular economy seeks to rebuild capital, whether this is financial, manufactured, human, social or natural. This ensures enhanced flows of goods and services.The concept of a ‘circular economy’ refers to an economic and industrial system that is based on the reusability of products and raw materials, and the restorative capacity of natural resources. It also attempts to minimize value destruction in the overall system and to maximize value creation in each link in the system. |
Économie circulaire "Une économie circulaire s'efforce de rebâtir un capital, qu'il soit financier, industriel, humain, social ou naturel. Elle permet d'améliorer les flux de biens et de services.
Le concept d'« économie circulaire » désigne un système économique et industriel basé sur la réutilisation des produits et des matières premières et sur les capacités de réparation des ressources naturelles. Clusters Groupings of independent undertakings — start-ups, small, medium and large undertakings as well as research organisations — operating in a particular sector and region and designed to stimulate activity by promoting intensive interactions, sharing of facilities and exchange of knowledge and expertise and by contributing effectively to technology transfer, networking and information dissemination among the undertakings in the cluster. In more general terms, clusters can be defined as a group of firms, related economic actors, and institutions that are located near each other and have reached a sufficient scale to develop specialised expertise, services, resources, suppliers and skills. |

De façon plus générale, un cluster peut être défini comme un groupe d'entreprises, d'acteurs économiques apparentés et d'institutions situés dans un périmètre proche et ayant atteint une échelle suffisante pour développer une expertise, des services, des ressources, des fournisseurs et des compétences spécialisés. |
Clusters "Groepen zelfstandige ondernemingen – starters, kleine, middelgrote, grote bedrijven en onderzoeksorganisaties – die in een bepaalde sector en regio opereren en erop gericht zijn om de bedrijvigheid te stimuleren door intensieve interactie te bevorderen, faciliteiten te delen en kennis en kunde uit te wisselen, en door doeltreffend bij te dragen tot technologieoverdracht, netwerken en informatieverspreiding tussen de ondernemingen in de cluster.
In meer algemene zin kan een cluster worden gedefinieerd als een groep van bedrijven, gerelateerde economische actoren en instellingen die in elkaars buurt zijn gevestigd en een voldoende schaal hebben bereikt om gespecialiseerde expertise, diensten, hulpbronnen, leveranciers en vaardigheden te ontwikkelen. |
