standard scale of unit costs One of the simplified cost options. A standard scale of unit costs comprises of pre-established standard prices that apply to pre-defined quantities related to an activity. The eligible expenditure is calculated by multiplying the standard cost by the units achieved (quantified activities, input, etc.). In general, standard scales of unit costs are process-based, aiming at covering through the best approximation the real costs of delivering a project.

Un barème standard de coûts unitaires comprend une liste préétablie des prix habituellement pratiqués pour les quantités prédéfinies liées à une activité. Les dépenses éligibles sont calculées en multipliant le coût standard par les unités réalisées (activités quantifiées, services fournis, etc.). En général, les barèmes standard de coûts unitaires sont basés sur des processus et visent à obtenir la meilleure approximation possible des coûts réels de l'exécution d'un projet.

Een standaardschaal van eenheidskosten bestaat uit vooraf bepaalde standaardprijzen die gelden voor vooraf bepaalde hoeveelheden in verband met een activiteit. De subsidiabele uitgaven worden berekend door de standaardkosten te vermenigvuldigen met het aantal gerealiseerde eenheden (gekwantificeerde activiteiten, input, enz.). Gewoonlijk zijn standaardschalen van eenheidskosten procesgebonden, en bedoeld om de werkelijke kosten van een project zo goed mogelijk te benaderen. Standaardschalen van eenheidskosten worden vastgesteld aan de hand van eerlijke, billijke en verifieerbare berekeningsmethoden. |

total eligible budget Total eligible budget indicates the total budget of a project subject to programme co-financing. In the Application Form, it is calculated based on the total budget, excluding the potential net revenue of the project. |
budget total éligible « Budget total éligible » indique le budget total d'un projet faisant l'objet d'un cofinancement dans le cadre du Programme. Dans le Formulaire de candidature, il est calculé sur la base du budget total, en excluant les recettes nettes potentielles du projet. |
totaal subsidiabel budget Het totale budget van een project dat in aanmerking komt voor cofinanciering door het programma. Wordt in het aanvraagformulier berekend op basis van het totale budget, verminderd met de potentiële netto-inkomsten van het project. |
