Technical Assistance

The 2 Seas Technical Assistance consists of the Joint Secretariat (JS) and the Territorial Facilitation Network. The JS is located in Lille (France) and one of its tasks is the coordination of the Territorial Facilitators Network. There are 8 facilitators in total who are based in different parts of the Programme area.

Joint Secretariat

The Joint Secretariat is responsible for the development of the Programme, the evaluation of the project proposals and the monitoring of project implementation.

Territorial Facilitation Network

The territorial facilitators assist project ideas during their development phase; they help to find the appropriate partners, assist during partner meetings and advise on how to apply for funding.
