Together for Water Resilient Cities
The Interreg 2 Seas project Water Resilient Cities (WRC) promotes the retrofitting of SUDs (sustainable urban drainage) in existing urban areas. In this way, the project aims at improving the adaptive capacity of cities to heavy rainfall.
The success of the project strongly depends on the engagement of stakeholders. This is the focus for the WRC event that is going to be organised on 6 November in Middelburg. The programme features no less than 5 keynote speeches from experts in stakeholder engagement, focusing on the added value and long-term impact of working together with residents, property owners, civil servants, entrepreneurs, housing corporations, insurers and so on.
Have a look at the full event programme (see download below) and book your seat via the facebook page or Eventbrite page.
More information on WRC is available on the project website.
